Practicing mindfulness is just that, practicing. To be with your body and breath in the present moment. Allowing you to pause from living in your mind, living in the past and in the future. Taking time for yourself is truly an act of self care and self love.

A MORNING PRAYER

Listen to this Morning Prayer when you wake up to the blessing of a new day.  When we start the day with our hearts connected to God and our Divine Guides, we can rest in faith that our deepest desires will manifest as the day unfolds.

A GUIDED MORNING PRACTICE

Allow me to guide us in a beautiful Morning Practice where we will take an intentional pause before jumping into the day. Connect with your body and breath, soaking up the present moment before we put on  our many hats for the day.

A GUIDED EVENING PRACTICE

We spend our days wearing many hats, absorbing much energy and doing. This practice is a nice exhale and release of the day, letting it all go. Resetting our energy as we prepare for beautiful rest, recharge and restoration overnight.

A PRAYER FOR TURBULENCE

To begin to heal the heart we can feel all of our feelings, ask for understanding and for the courage to fully release painful stories from our mind, body and spirit. This prayer brings you into your current state to encourage acceptance and asks God to provide divine intervention for your any suffering you may be feeling

A TEA BLESSING

Starting the day with a cup of tea or other comforting beverage can be an intentional practice. Prepare your tea and use this prayer to bless it for health, balance, grounding and releasing anything internally that does not serve.
