Listen to this Morning Prayer when you wake up to the blessing of a new day. When we start the day with our hearts connected to God and our Divine Guides, we can rest in faith that our deepest desires will manifest as the day unfolds.

To begin to heal the heart we can feel all of our feelings, ask for understanding and for the courage to fully release painful stories from our mind, body and spirit. This prayer brings you into your current state to encourage acceptance and asks God to provide divine intervention for your any suffering you may be feeling

Starting the day with a cup of tea or other comforting beverage can be an intentional practice. Prepare your tea and use this prayer to bless it for health, balance, grounding and releasing anything internally that does not serve.

Gratitude is our currency. It is how we rest into the abundance that is here for us right now. It is how we keep energy around us that attracts more abundance. This gratitude practice helps our body, heart and mind shift into a state of thankfulness.

One definition of love is "an intense feeling of deep affection" while another is "The act of caring and giving to someone else. Having someone's best interest and wellbeing as a priority in your life. To truly love is a very selfless act." This is a self-love guided practice. This is a prayer for those moments of imposter syndrome, which is defined as feeling like “a fraud” or “phony,” doubting your abilities, and fearing others will discover that you aren’t who you say you are.
