This week I have been hit with so many resonating messages and downloads that I wanted to share. Isn’t so dope that something can find us and then we can turn around and be the sharer that helps the message find its way to someone else?
As always, take what you need and leave what you don't. I hope you have find so many pockets of peace this week.

“You will get there. But right now, you are here and here is beautiful.
It’s so hard not to be focused on and obsessed about the end game, end goal, destination, final result or accomplishment. I was reminded this week that man, it’s about the journey. It’s about the company. It’s about the experiences. I believe I am a spiritual being just out here having human experiences. It helps me to zoom out. Anxiety and fear bubbles up when we are focused so much on the future. This was a beautiful reminder that my life is beautiful now. And I will get to where I’m going, wherever that might be. In real life, those destinations really be illusions anyways. It’s always a forever game to the next and next and next. More reason to be present with your moments.
“You didn’t miss your moment. You missed a moment.”
Or maybe you feel like you’ve missed several moments, but guess what? Nothing is too far gone. Those opportunities that maybe you did not take in the past were not so monumental that you cannot make a new decision into your next beautiful step. For me, I’ve tried not to obsess about what could have been, but rather what is now and what am I going to do with it. I hope this hits as an epiphany for someone to release any regret or feelings of not making a different decision in your past and plot a door opening in this present moment. DO IT. You absolutely can.
“Alignment can be chaotic.”
THIS IS SUCH A WORD FOR ME. I’ll never forget this message that says we often will pray for certain things to happen for us or we wish for shifts in our circumstances. And then life sometimes starts to shake up. Relationships start to hit huge bumps. Maybe our job gets more miserable. It’s almost like we get into such discomfort that we’re forced to make some changes in our environment and within our circles. It feels chaotic but in reality God/The Universe is reordering our lives to what‘ve asked for. The process doesn’t always feel good, but it's necessary and if we trust in the process and not fight against the flow, we can make it to the calmer waters that we’re yearning for. The message is, just try to be aware. Try to ask questions and reflect on what’s happening and dig deeper into the why. Rarely are things just surface in our lives. The bad feeling shit can really lead us to the most beautiful things that we deserve and want.
“Someone said if you get on the wrong train, be sure you get off on the next stop. The longer you stay on, the more expensive the return trip is going to cost you”
And baby, they aren’t talking about trains. This made me say immediately “let me get OFF now”. And while I know it’s hard to accept the reality of some situations, I really never want to be in spaces again that are not aligned with my life for too long. And while it’s definitely possible to release and get back closer to a more aligned path, it does get harder and harder the longer you hold off.
“IT’S GO TIME”
The sermon at church a few weeks ago was about recognizing when a door is open for you and discerning when it’s time to make the decision to GO through it. We think we need to be fully ready or prepared and we never will be according to our minds thinking. We let the fear of the unknown trap us. We stay in spaces that are comfortable and familiar even though they are not meant for us to remain in. Sometimes we say we want an opportunity or to be able to walk through a situation to the other side but we let fear allow us to simply take a break in our current circumstances and eventually just remain there.
The pastor said:
Fear of the unknown is not terrifying when you don't have much. But when you have some things on the line and you’ve accumulated some things and risen to certain places that now security and safety is what you seek, not journey and adventure anymore. And true freedom is a journey. We think that we don’t have to deal with the unknown anymore. We think that we’ve created a life where we can now order how our moments will look because of the security we think it affords us.
Think about the true freedom that you want and the next time you see a glimpse of an open door to it, GO. Leave some stuff behind if you need to and trust that you’ll be taken care of.
